This is a 1 bed 1 bath apartment in salt lake, it’s sort of a basement unit, but you have your own entrance and NO ONE will enter your unit since it’s your own apartment. Close to the University of Utah, and Westminster! All pets are welcome! No restrictions.

You have your own COVERED parking space behind the house. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house.

I’m moving states and I need my apartment lease to be taken over by someone else!

There is a deposit, which you will get at the end of the lease term by the landlord.

The landlord is very nice and communicates very quick, as he lives in the unit at the back of the house, and you can text him whenever!

There is laundry in a separate basement area, which is $1 for washer and $1 for dryer! It’s really not bad at all.

There is a couple who lives upstairs, an older couple (landlord) who lives in the upstairs back unit, and another younger couple who lives in the last upstairs unit!
