Rent is $600 includes utilities! (Water, Sewer, Garbage, Electricity, Gas, High Speed Internet). Leasing for 3 months or more at a time only. No month-to-month.

There is one parking dedicated parking available for the renter without any restrictions, and there are streetlights. Shared kitchen. Shared washer and dryer. High-speed internet. No dogs or cats. I have two dogs, so must be dog friendly. Student friendly, senior friendly, sorry no couples or families.

Background check, and reference checks are required. This is a non-smoking residence, no drugs, no exceptions. No overnight guests.

It is just myself, a 60s single woman with two little dogs. I’m quiet and creative. I work retail and am often on the go.
