It’s a safe and friendly environment. You can walk at night and no one will bother you. It’s a spare room. Gas, water, electricity and wifi are included with asking price. The room comes with a bed, dresser and a tv with a bunch of streaming apps that are free to use.

I have a 4 year old daughter who stays with me every other week. I am 420 friendly. I only have a drink every other weekend when I don’t have my child. I work 6 days a week. This room is NOT available to any men or couples! I have a black cat named Cheeky! She’s super friendly with humans. She’s not so friendly with other cats so I would prefer a renter who is ok with a cat but has no pets.
