Hi! I’m a resident of the SW Wharf community, DC’s most exciting waterfront neighborhood! The Wharf is a special place where people come to enjoy river activities like skating, boat rides, concerts, amazing restaurants, and events. A short distance from the National Mall, Capitol Hill, DCA, and much more.

The apartment building an has amenity fee which we will split and the amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, gas grills, outdoor TVs, working and social spaces, and complimentary coffee and tea. Many times local businesses bring treats too and there are usually some sort of neighbor hosted hang outs scheduled around the building.

I am looking to rent out one of my two bedrooms. The bedroom comes with a fantastic view of the water and bridge and included a queen bed, smart TV, small desk, and a futon…however any of those items can be removed or kept. Whichever is preferred.

If you’re into sunsets and people watching, this is the space for you!

Parking is not included. Sorry no pets.

My ideal roommate would live similarly to me; also germ phobic lol, enjoys a minimalist style of modern organized living, low key, respectful of privacy and of noise sensitivity levels, excellent communicator, and extremely trustworthy. Guests are ok as long as we are on the same page, discuss in advance, and are comfortable with the plans. Rent always must be paid on the 1st of the month - no exceptions.
