Looking for someone to take over my lease. It is a very spacious room in a 5-bedroom house near Cook/Douglass campus. The house is co-ed. The lease would run from Sept 1, 2022 - May 25, 2023. You will have your own entrance. The room comes with its own kitchenette and bathroom. In house washer & dryer available. Street and driveway parking available. Room will be semi-furnished.

Rent: $870.00/month 1.5-month security deposit ($1,305) due at lease signing 1st months rent due move in ($870)

The room is located in the basement of a 5 bedroom 2 bath house on Jones Ave located in New Brunswick. There are 5 people in the house not including the basement room. There’s a in house washer and dryer which is located right next to your room. Everyone is pretty clean. The bathroom in the room is technically a shared bathroom. However, everyone in the house is a working professional so the house remains empty. With that being said, the bathroom will only be used by the other roommates if the upstairs bathroom is occupied for a long period of time. The room also comes with a kitchenette; so a sink and there is space for a microwave. Utilities range from $50-$100/month.

Everyone in the house are students or working professionals. We just ask that you are clean, considerate and responsible.
