Charde's room

I own a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Loxahatchee, FL. I live alone. I am renting out a fully furnished spare bedroom. This bedroom is located on the other end of the house- in a hallway with a door separating its location from the rest of the house, giving some lovely privacy. The room also has access to a private bathroom only shared when guest are over (rarely). This hallway is close to garage for a private entrance and close to the washer and dryer. I prefer no pets but am open to making an exception.

I am a native Floridian that loves the outdoors. I am always working on a project outside or exploring the many hiking trails nearby. I love to cook and entertain my family. I work Monday through Friday and enjoy most of my evenings at home. I keep a very tidy home and expect my roommate to as well. I don’t currently have any indoor pets… I do have a cat that lives outdoors only. She lives on my back porch. She’s extremely friendly. Her family abandoned her right down the road from my house so I take care of her. I’m looking for a seasonal/short term roomie.
