Kamila's room

This room will be available starting September 15. It is a private room with private bathroom inside the space. Room is unfurnished and the unit is fully upgraded. The rest of the unit is furnished (living room, kitchen, etc.) Unit is a 3 bed, 2 bath condo shared with 2 other roommates. NO pets allowed. 1 parking space is available, plus guest parking for visitors during the day. The unit is located about 10 minutes from FIU, ideal for students.

The unit will be shared with two other girls who are FIU students. We are ideally looking for another girl to share the space with. We are both students looking for another student to live in our condo. We have a small dog, so no other pets are allowed. An application to the association will have to be processed prior to moving in (it takes about 15 days). Feel free to reach out with any questions.
