I’m looking for someone trustworthy and tidy to share my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with. (My current roomie is moving closer to her new job) It would be a new 6 month lease. The apt is spacious and gets good sunlight, and we both have our own bathroom. There’s an AC in every room. The living room is already furnished but the bedroom will be unfurnished. It’s a shoes-off inside home.

We have a parking spot, pool, laundry room. It’s a gated building with nice landscaping and plants in a nice neighborhood in Burbank. Close to hiking and quiet residential walks as well as walking distance to shopping.

Hi! I’m a freelance musician 🎻 (violinist, singer, writer/producer, music teacher) so when I’m home varies. I also have a friendly cat named Fig. 😸 When I’m not working on music I like to train for figure skating, hike, read, and spend time with friends.

I’m tidy and considerate and looking for a trustworthy female to live with, that also keeps common areas clean. I’m looking for someone mid-twenties to mid-thirties but can be flexible in that. I’m fine with someone who likes to chat and hang or prefers to keep to themselves more. It’s all good as long as there’s good communication:)

No drugs; no smoking. It is not allowed in the bldg anyway.
