Preferably for a 5-month lease starting this September 19th and ending February 5th, 2023. I am open to anyone who is clean & easy to get along with.

• The rent is $1480/month per person, including storage room fee and parking spot; you can opt-out parking fee, which is $75. Utilities and internet are excluded.

I’m Pam, 30. Easy-going and quiet. I like to cook sometimes and don’t mind sharing it with my roommate. I work from home every day from 9 am - 5 pm. After work, I usually play tennis, go to the gym or go for an evening walk. I wake up around 7:30 am and do some stretching/ yoga/ meditation. Looking for someone who can bring peace and harmony to the apartment :)
