I have a bedroom for rent in a three bedroom, 2 bath home. The common areas (kitchen, main bathroom, living room) are shared. Rent includes all living utilities (electricity, heating, cooling, water). Rent does not include internet or cable. The cost of Wifi is shared by roommates. There is no phone landline.

The house is a charming, 1,340 square foot, single-level Craftsman style home in a newer southwest Boise neighborhood in an established area with an accessible neighborhood swimming pool and a basket ball court. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, parking, and a washer and dryer. It also includes a covered back patio with a fully fenced in back yard and is conveniently located close to shopping; grocery stores, banks, Costco, freeway access and about 10 miles from downtown Boise.

We can do a 6 to 12 month lease and require an interview, application, and contract.
