Megan's room

Looking for a roommate to fill the extra bedroom/bathroom of my newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome. The home is located in the tech ridge area of North Austin and located in a neighborhood complex. The complex is very well kept, has a community pool, designated parking spots leading up to the backyard (with lots of visitor parking available), and is a very peaceful area. I have lived here for a year now with various roommates and have enjoyed it so far. Located just off of I-35 the house is located near many grocery stores and restaurants and is a quick 12 minutes from the domain, 20 minutes from downtown, and 15 minutes from pflugerville. The whole house is furnished and I’ve been using the second bedroom/bathroom as a guest room so there is some furniture in there as well. I can leave this furniture if needed but can also easily move it into storage. The bedroom and bathroom for rent are unattached, but located right next to each other on the first floor. It is very spacious and has newly renovated tile, closet, and bathroom.

Hii! I’ve been living in Austin for 3 years now and really love it! I enjoy traveling and exploring everything Austin has to offer. My dog and I love to find new walking/hiking trails, go out on the lake, or hit up a dog friendly brewery. I’m pretty laid back, very clean & organized, and love meeting new people! Enjoy going out but also appreciate a night in watching movies or playing games with friends. Looking for someone similar to fill the extra bedroom/bathroom of my townhome :)
