Harvard Square in Irvine (Walnut & Havard) - private furnished room and private bath. Available now - Female Only Gated community with common pool. The house is facing the park and has plenty of parking. It is a fully furnished bedroom in a 3 bedrooms + loft house. I’m looking to rent out a room to an UCI student during the time that my son (attending UCSB) is at school. That way the occupant can have a private bathroom and doesn’t have to share with him. He will be moving back to UCSB August 15, that’s why the room is available now. It is a separate empty room (not his room). On the rare occasions that he comes home during the quarter, he will use my bathroom in the master bedroom. The lease is per quarter. You are expected to move out at the end of the quarter and move back in when the quarter begins (until the end of the school year). The exact date is negotiable. The rent will be prorated for partial month. I’m looking for a mature, clean, quiet, responsible, respectful student. No drugs, smoking, extended or overnight guest, light cooking in the kitchen is OK. Laundry facility is also available. Utilities is approximately $50/month. If you are willing to pay for the whole quarter, I can cover your utilities.

I’m a single professional female in early 60’s. I work from home and hardly ever have any guests over (except my adult kids once in a while).
