Larissa's room

This private guest suite/entire basement is located in a quiet, walkable, safe, neighborhood and fully furnished. A short walk from bars/lounges, restaurants, retail stores, Trader Joe’s/Publix grocery stores, salons, LA Fitness gym, Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center, Abernathy Greenway (park perfect for kids), The Select (esteemed restaurant 0.5 miles away with cocktails/fine dining). The Perimeter luxury Mall and the Chatahoochee River are both a 5 minute drive. The space is located 10 minutes from The Battery/Truist Park (Braves Stadium), Buckhead, Emory Hospital, State Farm corporate offices, golfing, running trails, and 20 mins from downtown Atlanta, the Beltline and Piedmont Park. Avoid traffic and utilize the public transportation system to head to downtown Atlanta- the Marta Station is under 2 miles away. The master bedroom boasts a King size bed, 2 end tables and lamps with charging ports and an in-suite bathroom. The bathroom is stocked with extra towels. There is a Queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room which comfortably sleeps 2 extra adults. The living room has a mounted flat screen TV with sound bar (giving you access to Netflix, Hulu, etc), dining table/chairs, mini fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, keurig for coffee/tea and a water dispenser. The outdoor patio space comes equipped with 2 padded chairs and a small table. Something to note- there is no washer/dryer in-unit.

The basement unit is entirely private and gives you a parking space as well. I live in the upper 2 stories of the house with my boyfriend and we keep to ourselves with minimal noise. We keep the entire property looking great by blowing off the driveway weekly, and having a maintenance crew come biweekly to maintain our 1/4 acre lot. We are looking for someone clean and reliable to make this space their home!
