Just two blocks away from Wellington Brown/Purple and Belmont Red/Brown/Purple line stops, walking distance from Wrigley, in building coin laundry, private (bigger) bed room, and tons of living room and kitchen floor space. Unsure if the building parking spots are still available however with a lease you should have access to a street parking permit.

Looking for a roommate to fill in on a lease running through next August, my current roommate had to pull out at the last second, and looking to gel with someone, and have a great time living together.
