I live in a duplex in Ladson where I have a room with a bed, dresser and TV, you will have your own bathroom and parking spot in the driveway. I have 2 cats, so unfortunately NO other pets allowed as occasionally I pet sit in my home. NO SMOKERS, or DRUGS. Single person, I prefer 40+, No live in children, must have a full time job. Utilities included, quiet neighborhood, shared use of Kitchen and Livingroom., plus washer and dryer. Rent is month to month.
About the roomies
I live alone and I am a quiet person, work a lot, home in the evenings, except when I am away pet sitting the you will have the house to yourself. I am clean, cook sometimes, feel free to use the kitchen to cook for yourself.
