Spacious, classic Northampton duplex just off South Street. $750/month, one year lease, starting Sept. 1st. First & last to move in, with no deposit. I’m remaining on the lease, and want to add two additional roommates.

Easy access to the meadows and downtown Noho, off-street parking, and right by a bus stop.

Apartment has a nice large stove and well laid-out kitchen. Big basement & garage for storage, and in theory enough rooms to provide everyone with another room for office space / whatever. There’s space to garden, as well as room for fires out back. Biggest drawbacks: no laundry, one bathroom.
