House is at end of a cul de sac. Easy access to North College (via Gordon) and Porters Neck/Mayfair (via Torchwood to Market). Bedroom gets a lot of sun via large windows. Separate private full bathroom for tenant. Full size washer and dryer. Electric and water included. Hot tub in large private backyard. House is very clean, monthly maid service, bi-weekly landscaping service. 7 minute drive to Mayfair, and three local coffee shops within a 5 min drive. Ogden Park and Smith’s Creek Park are 5 min bike ride away. About 12 minute drive to UNCW; 18 minute drive to Downtown.

Room is unfurnished, although there is a television mounted on the wall. TV can be removed if tenant desires.

50 year old white single male, works in management for a software company. Often works remotely from home, so needs quiet during business hours on week days while on video conference calls. Possibly moving Summer 23 (although not confirmed), so a student or part time student moving out next summer would be ideal. Was renting on AirBnB but tired of that headache.

Owner is huge foodie; eats out a lot and cooks. Has an 18 year old son that visits but doesn’t stay the night. Practices tai chi, plays tennis and sand volleyball.
