Hey y’all! Looking for a new roommate for my 2b 2b 977sq.ft apartment in Brushy Creek (78717). I am graduating UT Austin this semester and applying for their MSSW program. I work as a preschool teacher and am a gaming, history, and music nerd.

I’ll want to get a vibe from my prospective roommate, not one to deal with drama. Focusing on growth and positivity.

The shared living space in the kitchen and living room is furnished and you’ll be free to use it - pictures included. Pet friendly, just let me know! The images I posted are of when I was staying in the room I am now offering. You’ll have your own 11x11’ bedroom with a large window overlooking a corner of the balcony & outside, your own bathroom (right next to the bedroom), as well as an open space when you come through the front door to use for whatever you’d like: hobbies, workshop, etc. All of the space for you is circled in my first picture. We can also easily share the kitchen space and tv room as they are large enough to accommodate 2-5 people comfortably. Our pool is quite nice with different sections to it. We have a delivery room that is code locked as well. Gym included too, pool, and other games. Regular parking is free with a sticker you get from the office, covered parking is $30/mo, attached garage $120/mo, unattached garage $100/mo. Rent would be $950/mo. We would always evenly split utilities (internet, electricity, etc.) CWS only does residents so you will be on the lease until it ends August 11th, 2023. I’ll be happy to answer any questions, just let me know! And btw if it’s clear you haven’t read this I won’t respond.

I would be in the other bedroom most of my time at the apartment. Sociology and Educational Psych at UT Austin, applying for a MSSW this fall for after I graduate. I am a huge nerd, love videogames, podcasts, reading, history, 40k, working out, & hiking/camping. I am an ambivert, just depends on my mood. Let me know if you have any questions!
