About the room
My boyfriend and I have decided to move in together to a new place. Im looking for someone who can sublease my contract. My contract has started in August 2022, and will last for a year (September 2023).
This is a private unfurnished room but you will have your own bathroom within the room and a walk in closet. The location of the room gets a lot of sunlight. You will also get your own garage parking spot.
The shared spaces such as living room and kitchen are not furnished since Im bringing most of my stuff with me when I move out. With that being said, the place will be able to accommodate additional furniture such as couch or dinning table. The apartment has in-unit washer and dryer as well.
Amenities at the complex include the club house, gym and the swimming pool.
About the roomies
My name is Jennelyn. The other room will be occupied by Richelle (my current roommate). Ive been living here since 2021 and my roommate has moved in July of 2022. She works at a church Monday-Thurday, Sunday 8-5 pm, off on Friday and Saturday.
I’ll provide her number so she can talk to whoever is interested in the unit, so she can assess for herself if its a good match to live with her or not.
