My name is Debbie L. Joe and I am searching for a roommate for a fully furnished room in my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at Millstone Apartments in Katy, TX to move in on November 18th and no later than December 1st. I have lived here for 16 years. The apartment complex is in a gated community and requires entry with a clicker. The bedroom has a queen bed, attached bathroom, closet, dresser, chest of drawers, and big screen TV. My 26-year old daughter is moving out in November. The rate will be $800 a month which includes 1/2 the rent, utilities, WiFi, and cable. The tenant must be on the 1-year lease and the management will do a background check. I have a full size washer and dryer, large kitchen, and a nice patio with a table and comfortable chairs. The apartment is really nice. There is parking available.
