I’m renting out rooms in my house in a quiet safe neighborhood I’m North Natomas area. This room will be sharing a bathroom with another housemate. The house is very spacious with a nice living room, laundry room, and kitchen and dining room.There is a backyard that you can use as well.

Currently there are 3 female over 50 and 1 male student living in the house. One person is retired and 2 are working. The homeowners has a room there that they come on occasion to maintain the house.The landlord is there for maintenance of the house and uses the garage for storage.
