Expats from another country welcome.. You must be able to live with two single men who enjoy entertaining now and then. We like our home to be fun, happy, and comfortable for all who live here. There is house keeping available for deep cleaning of the floors and bathrooms every two weeks or once a month depending on the need, and a split cost between all roommates is required. I own a heavy duty, maximum capacity washer and dryer and another is scheduled to be installed soon. There are three refrigerators, one for vegetarian and others for each roommate. The gardener comes once a month. All utilities and security for this smart house will be split four ways. Electric has solar power owned exclusively by me, but electric is also required to be paid by all as well. Everyone living in this home will be obviously aware of COVID and should be vaccinated.

Looking to rent a room and share a bathroom with a very deserving individual who understands how to live with other people within a house and prefers a home environment vs. apartment living. Outside in the back yard, there are gazebos, a BBQ and wood burning smoker, a gardening center for maintenance of lemon and orange trees, and a “Caldera” salt water “HOT TUB”(best on the market) and an indoor computerized fire place that gives out heat. Use of these items is a privilege and you will be expected to treat each item with care and clean up after yourself.
