It’a in a nice neighborhood but the landlady has a daycare so there are some rules, no guests and no drugs of any kind and no pets unless it’s maybe like a rat or hamster or something maybe we can work it out at all as well as background checks required.

I won’t really be at home as often as of now but even then I keep to myself and I think i’m pretty sweet and caring and we will hopefully get along just fine.. also preferably someone who speaks spanish. also first month and last months rent is due when you first come in and the deposit.
