All 3 Bedrooms are available Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with walk path to lake. House is 2100 sq. ft., with screened in patio and fenced backyard, built in 2005. All new furniture and appliances!

Pets are not allowed.

This is a non smoking property. Keep in mind there is a $500 fee for violation.

If damage to furniture and property is detected, an additional fee will be charged.

Parking: We recommend to park your vehicle in the garage: please do not block sidewalk.

Neighborhood: House is located near lake. If you go for a walk, please respect the surrounding wildlife.
