Very quiet and safe neighborhood, nice park 2 blocks away. Close to shopping. The room is available with a twin size bed, dresser and shelving in the closet. Ceiling fan, black out drapes and carpeted. If you desire to have Directv in your room, you may but not included in price.

I’m a very quiet and down to earth type of person. I have 2 large dogs that are my “kids”, lol. There is another male roomie that you would share a bathroom with. He’s very quiet, respectful and only home on the weekends.
