This property is 1/2 of a duplex. It is a 2 bed 1.5 baths. It has a big basement for storage, a private backyard with firepit, and a private driveway to park on. There is plenty of street parking if needed. It is unfurnished. Rent is $900 + Wi-Fi, electric, and gas. My landlords do not allow dogs of any size on the property.

I am currently a law student and will spend most of my time studying or cooking. I will be bringing my cat to the property in December. He is a playful tabby.
