*Long or Short-term room rental, for short term minimum 2 months & up to 6 months

This extra large furnished room (20’ x 10’) has a private bathroom and a large closet. There is a king size bed, sofa, desk, TV and small refrigerator. You will also have an assigned parking space. No smoking in room.

The rent is paid $205 weekly, this includes all utilities, internet and designated parking space. Total move-in fee is $695, includes refundable deposit of $490 and 1st weeks rent of $205.

In the main house, the living room has 2 comfortable sofas and 55“ TV. The kitchen, living room and bathroom have access anytime. We have a flat roof with ladder to access rooftop views of all mountains (Redrocks, Sunrise, 7-Hills Mountain ranges views)

The house is centrally located, Maryland Pkwy is very close and has the Boulevard Mall with many restaurants and retail stores. Also close are many buslines and 203 Desert Inn, 109 Maryland Pkwy and 110 Eastern Ave.

We have a 50lb dog also. No other pets allowed.

Jobs in the household include from land development, call center personnel & restaurant waiter. We are all mostly private & stay in our rooms. The tv room is used occasionally. The pool does get used when the weather is hot.
