I have a bedroom opening up in a great location close to downtown. I’m asking $750 (includes utilities and Wi-Fi) plus $500 security deposit with a standard month to month agreement. There is space in the driveway for parking. House has a large back yard, laundry, newer central a/c & water heater. There is space for a garden in the back and a really nice sound system in the living room which you are welcome to use. Room is approximately 11x14. The location is great. It’s a walk or quick bike ride to downtown. I shared the house with one other person and she is moving out at the end of the month. Occasional overnight guests ok but within reason. 420 ok outside.
