The master bedroom suite is available in the home I rent and all utilities, including lawn care, are included in the price. Home is located in Fort Myers, but on the Lehigh Acres border in a quiet, family friendly area. Home does have an open area currently being used as an office space with room comfortably for 2nd desk. Would enjoy another professional to share the space, but not a must. Landlord does require background check and roommate application with $50 fee. Address intentionally left out as there is a minor in the home and would like to speak with potential applicants before showing the space. Space is vacant and available now. Unfurnished.

Common areas shared with adult female and one minor child, no pets on premises and non-spoking household. Child is in school and adult works from home 1 day a week.
