Ashley's room

One unfurnished bed room with shared bathroom ( hallway bathroom but will be mostly yours), living room, backyard, laundry, kitchen and office space. It’s a 1300 square foot house 3 beds 2 bath. One bedroom is an office. Bedroom has large windows, closet space and on first floor. In a quiet neighborhood in Fuquay-Varina. Large living room will be furnished. Must be okay with German shepherd living at the house. Utilities are separate. Will be ready in September.

I’m an RN who has a German shepherd looking to rent a room in a house I just bought. I work 4 days a week and go to bed early and wake up early. I’m introverted but like to try new things and travel. I like to cook and go around Raleigh and find new things to do. I also have a German Shepard who will be allowed around the main areas of the house/ backyard. She is super sweet and trained. Just wants to be friends with everyone. She will be caged or at daycare when I am not at home.
