East Pearson Street

The property is in the Streeterville area on the same block as the MCA and the Watertower Mall. It is a 10 minute walk from Oakstreet beach, and 30 minute walk/ 15 min CTA from the Loop. The Chicago redline stop is a 10 minute walk and there a bus stops all around the block. I’m renting out either the living room ($850/month) which has a brand new queen sized pullout that’s quite comfy or the bedroom ($1000/month) with a queen bed - I’m currently in the bedroom and paying the thousand but I don’t mind moving over into the living room if you prefer the bedroom; Rent is higher for whoever takes the bedroom just because it’s more ideal. The house is completely furnished - I have a fully supplied kitchen, a dining room table and chairs, several dressers, a queen sized pullout couch, and a queen size bed with a brand-new mattress.

I’m a 22 yo student at the School of the Art Institute, and I work at AKIRA. I don’t have any pets currently but I’m thinking of potentially adopting a cat at some point. I am all for respecting boundaries and compromising to make sure everyone is happy in the space they’re living in :)
