About the room
This first-floor private room in a two-bedroom apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Central Square subway station. It has recently been mopped and vacuumed, and a small, sturdy desk comes with it. The room also has a fine closet and is just two steps from a shared bathroom. The apartment has a fully-stocked kitchen and a fully-furnished living room, as well. The building has an on-site laundry facility, bicycle storage, and off-street parking spots (which are $150/month). It is pet-friendly, and heat and water are included in the rent. The roommate would be responsible, in addition to the rent, for splitting the gas/electric bill and the Internet bill.
About the roomies
The only roommate in the apartment is me, a 23-year-old male student entering my second year at Harvard Law School. I also have a 20-pound, two-year-old beagle, who is endlessly loving but prone to anxiety. I strongly prefer roommates in my age range (18-30), though I have no gender preference. I value cleanliness, reliability, and mutual respect. A few other things about me which may or may not matter to you: I am Jewish, politically moderate, and intensely devoted to my work.
