Hey y’all! My roommate and I are looking for 2 more young professional male roommates.

My roomie and I are Catholic. You definitely do NOT have to be Catholic to live with us as all are welcome, but you’ve got to be cool with roomies who have more traditional values, some basic house rules… And not to mention, pictures of Jesus and Mary everywhere… Lol.

ABOUT THE PLACE: Here are some specs:

420 friendly - No Pet friendly - No (sorry… Super allergic) Smoking/vaping/etc - No Washer/dryer - in house

The house is near the 610 freeway and TC Jester (right between the Heights and Oak Forest Park).

There are 4 bedrooms, but 2 of them are filled.

I’m willing to switch rooms based on what you might want, so there are 3 room sizes available, the smallest going for $944, the mid sized going for $1047 and the master bedroom with the private bathroom is $1103.

Note that these do not include utilities. Utilities will change monthly so I can’t give an exact number. However, I can tell you that in the most EXPENSIVE month we’ve had so far (July because A/C ammarite?) The bill was $568 total… So separate that between 4 people and we’re Looking at around $142 for electric in the summer. It’s likely going to drop quite a bit as it’s already much cooler.

Water - included in rent.

Parking - there are 2 garage spaces and plenty of outside parking in the surrounding area.

Pro’s- we’re walking distance/quick drives from Gatlin’s BBQ, Talking Stick Brewery and a bunch of other cool stuff

Cons: the house is next to a train track, so if you’re a light sleeper this may not be for you.

ABOUT THR ROOMIES:

My roommate and I are both Catholic males. We’re also both pretty ambitious and career driven. I work at a tech company and he works at a pro-life foundation. I’m a drummer… I really do try not to annoy my roommates with my playing though, so you shouldn’t have to worry about noise (aside from the train).

We both come from big families, so sometimes we get visitors. Also, I throw a lot of fun events for our very wholesome young adult community so if you like good food and dancing this is a great household.
