Todd's room

I have a 4 BR, two story home on Wilmington Island. I am renting a private furnished bedroom and separate private room set up as a den on the second floor. BR has a full bed, dresser, TV and nightstand. Den has full futon sofa, TV, and bookcase. Upstairs bath is mostly private. My 15-year-old son is at the house approximately 6 days a month. Often, we are out of town and his job is closer to his mother’s house. Shared kitchen, LR/DR combo, half bath, and kitchen downstairs. Laundry in garage. Three-month lease.

I am 49 a year-old male, retired from one professional career and seeing where things lead me next. Nonsmoking, drug free home and roommate needs to be the same. I do have a medium sized dog who does not have free reign of the house.
