The bedroom offered is on the 1st-floor of the 3-floor townhouse. It comes equipped with a full, private bathroom and a walk-in closet for your storage needs. Two large windows provide a ton of natural light to brighten up the space! It can comfortably fit a twin, double, or a full-sized bed, a desk, and a dresser.

About the house: This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath townhouse is located in a small cul-de-sac with very kind neighbors. Utilities are typically split evenly amongst the four roommates living in the house and usually come to about $120/person. There is a washer/dryer on the 2nd floor along with a full kitchen. The house has one reserved parking space in the community’s parking lot, but there is ample permit street parking never more than a block away!

All roommates are on a separate lease. No gender preference! Men and women are all welcome.

About the landlords: An older couple who are hyper-responsive to any needs or repairs we may have. They always let us know when they are coming.

About the neighborhood: A perfect place for someone new to the area, just out of college, or who just wants to be closer to the Capital. Located just 2 blocks from to the Clarendon metro and countless restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are mere steps away. Trader Joe’s, Giant, and Whole Foods, along with many other retailers such as Barnes and Nobles, Sephora, The Apple Store, Crate and Barrel, and more are all located within walking distance in the lively and gorgeous Clarendon neighborhood.

Itching for some green space? Living here will put you within a short walk to several vibrant, green parks to enjoy the upcoming summer months! You’ll also be just down the street from Ballston, Courthouse, and Rosslyn. Not to mention just a short drive to Washington, DC, Reagan Airport, and Dulles International Airport!

The current roommates are 3 young professionals in their early/mid-20s. Two men and one woman. All are very kind, considerate, and social but respectful of each other’s privacy. They like to go out together for drinks or fun activities and hang out with the neighbors. None are easily offended so the house atmosphere is pleasant and safe. Open communication is key to any living situation.
