I’m peaceful and respectful and I expect the same from my room mate. The apartment has been secured with a move in date 09/01/22. I am looking for someone who can pay the $1,100 in rent on time without any issues. I do not own any pets but you are welcome to have pets. I rarely cook and when I do I keep the kitchen clean. My room mate will have a large bedroom with a private bathroom that is not shared. Entire apartment is renovated.
