Hello everyone! I am looking for a female, young professional roommate to move into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at Colony Point Apartments in the Wards Corner neighborhood in Norfolk. Move in date is September 27. The apartment has all major appliances including dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. I will be taking the master bedroom, the second bedroom and other bathroom would be all yours with the exception of me using the laundry machines located in the second bathroom as needed. Rent would be $710/month not including utilities (responsible for water, internet, gas for the stove, and electric). There are also some small fees due at move in ($125 security deposit, $125 admin fee, $35 app fee). I will be bringing my small dog (she’s a sweetheart and a very well behaved ESA) so no other pets, please.

About me: 25 y/o, work on naval base, very clean and tidy person so I would prefer if my roommate is the same. not much of a partier but do enjoy being active and doing things Message me if you’re interested!
