OPEN HOUSE Saturday Aug. 13, between 9am and 2pm. Located in Beautiful San Gabriel. Close to city hall, library, supermarkets and stores. Easy access to freeway I-10
Private two room unit with it’s own entrance. Unit is the back half of private home. The unit comes fully furnished. One room is a designated Bedroom and the second room, is set up as a living room.
NO KITCHEN! There is limited cooking facilities. We include a brand new mini fridge as well as a microwave.
In addition, we also offer shared backyard usage. All utilities are paid for, (Gas, Electricity, Water, Trash collection, and WiFi internet).
About the roomies
Elderly gentle man lives in main part of home. The two areas are completely separate. There is a shared back yard. Activities in back yard should be limited so as not disturb other tenant. Please do not disturb elderly gentleman!
