Hi there ! I’m looking for a nice roomate to share my spacious 2 bedroom apartment, full backyard, street parking and utilities will be included in your bill (heat,electric,gas,water,wifi) its an average size bedroom that can fit up to a queen size mattress with bedroom furniture, there is also a small closet area as well. Kitchen is available to use whenever needed and the backyard with notice as well(such as bbqs or any gatherings) , there is also a backyard balcony - there is plenty of street parking available daily as well.

Very close to train station, grocery stores, shopping centers, walking distance to restaurants, movie theaters (downtown Port Chester). All major highways are right next to our home less then 2 minutes in commute (i287W, i95S, i95N, Hutch)

You will be sharing the apartment with me - I do have 2 dogs they are super friendly service dogs (Marley & Clyde) - the apartment is always clean and I love to stay organized. If you have any other questions, I am always available to speak! Feel free to reach out to me for any more info.
