I’m a grad student in my early 30s, quiet and studious for the most part, though I do have friends over sometimes in the evenings for dinner or a board game night.

Looking for a female student or professional. Must be able to join the lease, which runs till next July. Current roommate is great but has to move for family reasons.

Please NO overnight guests, pets, drugs, or drinking. Light cooking preferred.
