But enough space to move around.It has a single bed that u can use,and a closet for your stuff. Its not a central AC, the AC is only in the livingroom.
$450 monthly that includes all the utilities (water, gas, heat) internet, renters insurance, and electric is included. You need to pay me the $450 when you move in.
No washer n dryer hook up but theres a laundry on site.
We will share kitchen, bathroom and livingroom. Your welcome to use the tv with hulu and disney+
No male visitor pls but female visitor is allowed,Sometimes i have my daughter during the weekend. I do smoke, so smokers is allowed but no smoking in the bedroom,theres a balcony and your free to use it.
Near Omni bank & gas stations, fortcuster area so if your working at the factory thats a plus.
