House is locate close to many shopping and eating venues. Suburban area close to Air Force base. Neighbors are friendly and look out for property. I have 2 dogs that are friendly but also protective.
About the roomies
Empty nester who has a lot of space. I teach and spend time with my granddaughter who visits often, mainly weekends. I’m a little cautious about visitors so that’s a conversation. House is very secure with a deadbolt gate to enter before front door. Doggies are inside and outside so they monitor the house.
