Hello! My name is Laura, and I’m looking to rent out a room in my 3-bedroom condo for April 1st. Your room is furnished with a California King bed, nightstands, dresser, and walk-in closet. You also have your own en-suite bathroom that has a shower/tub and sink. It’s a spacious room that has a beautiful enclosed porch attached with a table and chairs that looks out onto a lake and fountain. The condo is in San Matera, which is a gorgeous little area. You will have access to parking, a pool and hot tub, a sauna, pickleball courts, and a gym. You will mostly be at the condo alone or with my brother who also lives at there on the opposite side of the space than you. I’m rarely there and spend most of my time with my partner at his place. One requirement from the complex is that you must have a credit score of at least 650, and taking the background check costs $100. I ask for first month’s rent, security deposit and last month’s rent. Looking forward to hearing from you!

As I mentioned, my name is Laura. I’m in my mid-50’s and lost my husband of 25+ years about 2 years ago. Since then, my brother, also mid-50s, has been living with me in the second bedroom. That leaves the third bedroom, and being I can’t work because of heart issues, I figured it’s a great way to make some income and help someone live in a beautiful space. We have 1 cat in the condo and sometimes my very friendly cocker spaniel named Delilah, when she’s not with me.
