Rent for $950 + utilities, split between roommates and tend to vary between ~$70 - $190, 1-year lease, and security deposit of $500. Amenities include a hot tub, large backyard, putting green, full weight room, cardio equipment, sauna, 2 large family room TVs, poker room, pool table, ping pong table, 1 Gb internet speed, 4 car driveway, large kitchen, new washer/dryer, and more! The room is on the 2nd floor with a shared full bathroom. Smoking inside is strictly forbidden, however outside under the covered patio is perfectly okay.
