I have a large master bedroom for rent! This is a two-floor, five-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom house with a private backyard.

House:

• Full kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, fridge, microwave.
• Laundry Room
• Car Garage
• Large backyard
• Everything downstairs is a common space (Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Family Room).

Rent is $1,590, +$800 security deposit. I will give you back whenever you want to move out, just give me a 30 days notice. Plus utilities that we will share. This is on a month-to-month basis.

I’m looking for a clean and responsible person. No drugs, no drinking, no overnight guests, please. Sorry, no pets. Couples are OK.
