Newly remodeled 1,620 square foot house with a canyon view about 5 minutes from the harbor. 4 bedroom, 2 bath with a 3 car garage. The room we are renting out is the master bedroom that will be unfurnished. It comes with a private bathroom and private entrance from the backyard. Bathroom includes 2 sinks, a jacuzzi bath, and a view of the canyon from the window. We also have another room we are considering renting out if two friends would like to live together.

Hey! We are two female close friends, both 24 years old, looking for someone around our age to share our new home with us. We enjoy going to the beach, concerts, on hikes, and grabbing a beer at local breweries. When we’re not out we love to just hangout, watch movies, and relax outside. We’re very easy going and we’ll respect your space, but we are looking for someone like-minded that we can get along and hangout with!
