Will be living with 2 other people 2 dogs and a cat. There is also cable included. No guns and no drugs either. There is central air. Last photo is of the furniture that will be in this room.This is a month to month lease.

Location is 5 mins from downtown 4 mins from WSSU and 9 mins from UNCSA. Internet and cable included! Easy highway access to 150/421.

There is 1 room available to rent furnished at 550. This will be a month-to-month lease with washer and dryer access.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed no vaping, no mary jane, no cigarettes, nada. Must be 21 or older.

Students and travel nurses preferred. Must have proof of income.

I work full time and the other goes to school full time we pretty much keep to ourselves.
