Abbi's room

Hi we are a young married couple buying a big house so we were hoping to rent out a room. No pets sorry but you can share our two dogs, they love people. You will be able to make the basement your own and share the kitchen, Bathroom, laundry room, backyard, and shed. We will be approving people on a case by case basis after a phone call and in person interview. Lease will be for 6 months and month to month after that for 650.00$ a month. Or 1,300 for the whole basement sharing our kitchen and full access to the backyard. There’s plenty of storage space and will be ready to move into middle of September. So far It’s just us going to be living there so far and our two dogs. The dogs won’t be allowed down stairs and they will be mostly outside. We also allow you to use the back yard for a garden if you would like.
