This is a 3 months contract with the option of extending it at the end of the contract. The 2 bed 2 bath condo its facing North and has great views of the San Pablo Bay as well as a farm with a lot of cows and wild life. Indoor washing/ dryer, and dishwasher. The housemate will have an assigned 1 car parking space. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet. The room is approximately 12 by 11 feet with a 9.5 by 2 feet closet and it has a lot of natural light. The person renting the room will have full access to the kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a separate bathroom for his/her own use. Since we are going to be sharing the condo, I prefer someone who is mature, very clean and organized friendly, quiet and have a basic understanding of sharing the common areas of the condo. Privacy and quiet is predominant in this neighborhood and the housemate is encouraged to keep it that way. No overnight guests. I prefer someone who is not a night owl as I usually go to bed around 10:00pm and enjoy my sleep.
