I’m renting a room in a two bedroom apartment in Cecil township, Washington county Pennsylvania. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful, with zero crime, also everything is in close proximity. I’m asking for 3 months rent, and two months security, with two months rent free. So whenever you move in, you don’t have to pay rent for two months.

I’m a quiet laid back person. I’m hardly ever home, as I work basically everyday.
